1. About us
These terms govern your use of the online ordering service operated by Tasty Roast Takeaway (“we”, “us”, “our”) at tastyroast.co.nz. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Pickup only
We offer pickup orders only. All orders must be collected in person from our premises at 273 East Tamaki Road, Otara, Auckland 2023. We do not offer delivery.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an error in pricing.
4. Pickup times
You choose your preferred pickup time at checkout. Pickup times are approximate. Please allow a few minutes either side of your chosen slot, particularly during busy periods. If you are significantly late, your order may not be available and no refund will be given.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible by phone at (09) 271 0502. Refunds are at our discretion. We will always refund you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
7. Allergens and dietary requirements
Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, soy, sesame, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
